Target Bullseye Clearance Hit 90%!

For those of you that don’t follow me on Instagram, Target Bullseye summer/back-to-school clearance has OFFICIALLY hit 90% off! This 90% off promotion goes into effect nationwide, although restrictions, policies, and stock may vary by store.
